The factory has about 200 members, including 3 senior engineers and 12 engineers, about 8.5 million sets of light-controlled switch components are exported annually (including self-export, agent export and supporting re-export of lamp enterprises). There is a municipal laboratory for intelligent street lamp control in the plant, which currently has 70 independent patents and plans to realize fully automatic production in 2024.
